and then perhaps we can work together to establish a reasonable number ... and one other thing that I failed to mention is if you predict the MIMV share price to go lower than $.10, then I think we can safely remove the estimated 23.6 million potential $.10 Reg D shares from the potential fully diluted share count, too, right ??

Without any assumptions can you honestly expect anyone to believe your prediction ?? In my opinion, I believe no one would, and I think that it can only best be alluded to as in your own words ... "it`s just plain silly", wouldn`t you agree ??
