Also, if you read their disclaimer, they note that they are often paid by people who want to sell stocks to promote those stocks... Meaning that some dude already has 20,000,000 shares he can't offload and therefore pays companies to blast the stock so that investors come in and dude and unload his 20,000,000 shares.

So, if you are going to make a good penny play - find it yourself.
