I dont know anything about this brouhaha on SEVU but a poster did bring up an interesting concept that a COB could be held liable for posts made on his board even though not made by him

something one should think about as the poster said it is hard to give clients a definitive answer when it comes to liability on the net......

a judge refusing to allow a company to gain access to identities is not much of a help if those identities are already well known by others.
