Y'all know how I've posted "Real RFMK Due Diligence" and not the "suspect" forward looking BS that is shared by RFMK and it's "Insiders" all too often???

Well here's some more "Real RFMK DD" folks...

Initial Owners of RFMK going back to 2007.. per filings

Brent Fouch, Steve Bonenberger, and Kerry Driscoll

...and you know how I've pointed out the "Scamming Ways" of their other companies.. like VOIS, VIBE, AGEL.. with all their historic reverse mergers, reverse splits, shares for services, bogus consulting fees, never ending dilution, pps value disintegration, and all the other crap that became part of the above stocks and our precious RFMK...

well... I've been attempting to find updates to this..

It's looking like the SEC/FBI had a strong case.. because this is the first I've found of results from the initial litigation..
Mr. Bonenberger.. who literally may indeed still own (Initial Issuance of 40M Shares back in 2007!) part of RFMK?? (we don't know otherwise due to lack of transparency!)

I found the last paragraph of that link to be quite interesting to say the least..

Me.. I'd call the number and ask about not just the "Company", but what about the "Individual"???

why is that important.. if these guys are picking apart what "Bonenberger" did with AGEL, and there is a good chance that those same shenanigans were going on here, with RFMK, and right along with the other POS companies "Bonenberger" was involved with... IMO.. there's a very good chance this investigation/litigation will eventually expand... especially if "Bonenberger" is found "Guilty"..!!!

IMO.. anybody interested in asking questions and finding out more... may indeed want to call the number above and explore the possibilities!! Many "Huge" retail holders have posted taking some fairly hefty losses here with RFMK.. maybe an opportunity for some kind of recovery effort!!! Good Luck Y'All!!
