JMAN look at this stock as an investment opportunity and not as a short term trade. The product from Level 5 hasn't even made it to the production and distribution stages yet!!!! Given the millions of shares that have been sold from the convertibles no doubt this has temporarily become a flippers haven, but that will all change shortly down the road IMHO.
