BVIG is pinky dark, too, as far as that goes. Anything can happen, just about. Kennay can and will do just about anything he wants. It remains to be seen whether he can and will get away with it. Be sure and see my revision to the message to which you were replying. Bottom line regarding KATX, retail buyers (the "longs") are long gone, IMO. That news this morning would have flushed a bunch of them out, if there were any, while the bid was still strong, but they simply did not exist. There may still be some diehard bagholders, but not many.

In my opinion, KATX stock has been manipulated for some time--years-- in such a way that cash income could be patiently extracted from it while it was being bled to death. Perhaps you've noticed that some have been preaching patience as a virtue vis a vis KATX. Now we have grounds for understanding what that message was really about. What a devious, long-term enterprise. Say what you will about Kennay, he is a professional, even if neither he nor his brother can find their asses with both hands when it comes to looking for minerals or filing things on time, telling the truth, or paying bills. Stuff like that. You know: management stuff. What a piece of work.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
