I've been thinking on that one, and haven't come up with an answer yet. As I remember, KATX loaned BVIG about a hundred grand, and KATX owns about a hundred grand worth of BVIG stock. The whole mess is FUBAR, but that's nothing new. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see how it all works out "as the world turns." Right now I'm mostly interested to see if any aggrieved parties are going to file suit and whether anybody's going to face criminal prosecution over this "box job" fraud. The whole deal makes a lot more sense now. Just look at that weekly chart. Wow. They've been working this scam for quite a while, IMO.
