PTLA underwriters exercise overallotment option, as expected:

The IPO thus consisted of 9.7M shares: 8.4M from the original offering (#msg-88177642) and 1.3M from the underwriters’ option.

The diluted share count for valuation purposes is now about 38M (see discussion in #msg-88385178).
