That is false. He was sued for the wages not paid by Barry Henthorn. I've got the bank statements. Barry Henthorn wrote numerous checks for payroll and other matters that bounced. Barry Henthorn was in charge until early March of 2009. I have a copy of the paperwork. Todd sued the company, Green and MF, but did not sue BH because BH has no money. (All of BH's money is in somebody else's name). Instead of fighting it out in court, the parties went to arbitration. MF agree to pay one third, which would cost him less that paying a lawyer and fighting it in court. Green could not be found. He hightailed back to Canada, and he was the one in charge at the time. He had collected enough money to pay that bill but we do not know what happened to it. And, RLTR did not have the means to pay its third. It was Todd who decided not to sue BH because there would be nothing to collect. Get your story straight. I have copy of much of this documentation, which is what Hodge wanted to get from me in order to destroy it. But he can't because I will always keep copies, and I have distributed copies of these documents to anyone that asks, including government authorities for whatever they ask.
