New information!

I see CTTC just hit a new all-time LOW of 13 CENTS a share!

22,000 shares traded at that price, no less!

Especially not good when the market's up over a hundred points!

Of course, I guess it's not unexpected given CTTC's failure to post a 10-K for 2012, a 10-Q for the first quarter of 2013, and or even a "NT 10-Q."
