I have even a better way of answering it. There are two key points in my mind. First management is being totally transparent and letting us know exactly what they are doing and why. As they said its to uplist to a higher exchange. Second and probably the most important in my mind is who owns the most shares? Management. Do they seem like they are going to do anything to hurt their investment? I certainly don't think they will. Everything they have done so far has been done to significanly increase value down the road. I see that trend continuing. If reverse split and uplisting causes the stock to go up 2-3X what difference does it make at what point they start? Plus I am guessing they wouldn't do the RS until they are at least $1.5-$2 which is a pretty nice move from here as a start.
