This is a private LLC in Fort Lauderdale. It may be coincidence because they were founded in 2009 and Chris divested the company in 2011.

On the Nevada Secretary of State site, when I look at more details for Global Online Television it re-directs me to First International Securities, however, that merger was called off prior to Chris leaving.....
