You are making a wrong assumption.

They aren't "running" a company - it is the same thing Hipple has always done - fake acquisitions - press releases....

Ohh i get it so they are amateurs and others know how to run a new MMJ company in a relatively entirely new sector better.

No one suggested a payoff - I suggested naivete and being duped.
