Why would he do that? The supposed accountant is John Burke, who lives and works in Florida. On Merritt Island, just as Hipple does.

What "template" would they have used? The company hadn't filed anything at all with OTCMarkets for two years. Two years ago, SK3 was in a completely different business, with different officers. Everything was different. So what good would a template have done?

OTCMarkets provides forms that can be used, or at least followed, for these filings. Why wouldn't that be enough to ensure they didn't forget anything?
