Hahahahahaha ... Matts a heck of a lot better boss than you are .... lol -- just kidding ...

He is not quite so 'black & white ' , that is what has always amazed me about him .. for his age .. he picks up the gray and the hidden ... the innuendo .. He has almost always been able to do this and sure gained my respect for it .

The truth is Matt puts up with a lot of crazzzzy stuff from a whole lot of us ... yes, he can do whatever he wants and I truly think he does, although I do not think he just 'BOOM' does it -- Call me crazy , in most cases I believe he is thoughtful .. I also think that he truly tries to hear us and to what we are really trying to say ... If he was 'just a hatchet man' ... well, over half of us already would not be here ..

Yes,... does your kid ever do something you told him/her not to do ?

I truly think Matt gives all of us chances to grow and learn what he wants from us ... without throwing us out right away ... He seems to be aware that we are all human and blow it at times .. he gives us several chances to 'straighten' it up .. He is a smart businessman ... have any of us ever tried to deal with employees ??? I have .. Things are just not always .. black & white .. Black & White thinking is Simple , granted - but imo there is so much more upside to everything when you are able to 'deal' in the gray ...
