i will not buy pfds at these prices.

it's all about price. may be we are used to buying them at such low price, so a mental block. i am not buying anymore, either pfds or common.

i believe if you REALLY want to buy and spend money, the return may be higher in commons even at these price levels over the long term. once they hit $7-$11, not as much. it is the price.
