Ooops, spoke too soon.

I've tried the set of formulas I posted, and can't duplicate the known tables shown a page or two down at this site:

The formulas get close on 90 degree wall angle and 45/45 crown, but are off the mark at other wall angles and with 52/38 crown.

This could be operator error on my part... At least it's a starting point. If I ever figure it out I will post.
