Charlie.....I dont think that will matter that much in terms of new investors and pps rise. This kind of news will speak for itself.

FASC doesnt have to be concerned about QL talking about FASC before the SEC reports come out. If QL wants to talk about the KDS, that's their business. They probably just need to be circumspect about their own communications until that time.

I certainly expect FASC to become re-compliant with their SEC filigs when they have the cash flow to do so. Dont forget too...there will likely be some time gap in between the time they receive cash flow, pay the auditors, and then receive the updated reports.
