I orginally had 2M at a cost of 0008. When I figured out this company was a Project Management company, not a so called green renewable energy company, I ditched 1M at 0042. I wanted to see if it could be pumped up to 007, at which point I was going to sell the other 1M. Instead I sold post suspension at 002.
If this was to come unlocked and eligible to trade again
Although the above could be brokers buying their client stock at below 0001, as a favor to clear the accounts.
We know via the subsequent filings Bart had received an SEC subpoena to give a deposition. We also know that after filing a 10Q last October, he is now in arrears in his SEC filings for the registered stock. He had to register the stock per the Susanville agreement, or pay penalties to the previous owners. Unclear is why he filed one 10Q and stopped. Why not zero 10Qs? I haven't found any proof anywhere, but I suspect the SEC sort of suggests these CEOs try to come clean with the market. In exchange the SEC doesn't turn the case over to the NY AG for criminal prosecution, and it goes the Administrative action route.
Either way Bart is cooked. All of the stockholder funds Bart used to pay for his lobster dinners will bite (claw?) him as SEC fines, and disgorgement. There are now over 1000 of these penny stocks which got suspended, and none have come back since 2010. The majority of the stockholders here gave up at 6 months post suspension. I'm following another stock where the stockholders not only refused to give up, but pumped the stock back to pre-suspension prices diving in deeper, with it now falling a second time at 7 months post-suspension. And they still haven't given up! The latest miracle prediction is someone is going to buy out the company, and of course the remaining strong and true longs to be richly rewarded. Sometimes it's just best to give up! At this point in time Bart is probably more worried about his own hide, not the stockholders. He still has his other private rinky-dinky company to play around with.
