GBG It's a criminal offense in Nevada to disseminate false or misleading advertisements!

The initial cash consideration is $15 million, and obviously, more is promised in the form of a JV with GBG/Waterton/Barrick!

If this is not the case, GBG needs to immediately remove the information regarding their USA Gold Assets & Nevada Operation ASAP from the Great Basin Gold website http://www.greatbasingold.com/exploration_usa.cfm or they will be criminally charged with false advertising.
