TICK didn't make it over 0 until 10:08. I don't think I've seen that before. PREM has been staying pretty negative today. Camp hasn't posted the buy/sell levels though so I don't know how much we've been hitting program trading. PREM started in the -10's and took until 9:34 to get above -2. Interestingly, we had no ramp in the futures at all today. The futures over night fell until 3am, than stayed in a very tight range until a little after 7 (no 6am move up) where that dumped until 8am where they had a small bounce and closed down -14. On the reopen the futures actually bumped up about $2 from the 9:15 close while waiting for the SPX cash to come down to see it, and then turned and headed south.

The PREM on the Chicago PMI spiked down hard at 10:00 to almost -4. Bad news is starting to matter. Looks like they are trying to engineer a bounce here. TICK just made it over 800.
