So now you are claiming that Allyn is mega rich - that is certainly entertaining to say the least.

I don't seem have seen Bill Gates or Warren Buffett having any houses in foreclosure.

So Allyn a life long Hollywood guy where everything is about perception voluntarily went into foreclosure. So the public could see him as less than successful - but as I stated he hasn't had much success since 2000.

How about a few links where the mega rich homes went to foreclosure.

Let me get this straight - Allyn who is now mega rich is working for a stinky pinky - with a very shady past. Yeah, maybe Gates will be on the BOD. LMAO

Foreclosure is common to the mega rich with the housing bust.

I will be interested to see the list of the mega rich who had a house go into foreclosure.

Plus, you know when you "walk away" from the 50% you are still responsible for the difference between the loan amount and the auction sales price. I guess you didn't think of that.
