I think the ruling can come anytime now.
I have seen the files and Whyte has already made some rulings on what evidence is admissable and what is not. Judeg Whyte has a staff of 10-15 attorneys working for him.
Once that is completed the decision is a lot easier.

Just got back from court

Yup! You are correct.
Payne is not really a problem anymore as far as Hynix is concerned.
I just got back from the Court and the Judge
Whyte's clerk was working on a batch of new work from Judge Whyte when I left at 4. So check back later and you should be able to see some new stuff
when the clerk gets finished. The clerk frequently works late.
One of Judge Whyte's staff brought them in while I was there. I asked her if RAMBUS was in there and she just smiled and went back to her office.
Payne is going to have to pull a rabbit out of his ass to rule on this "exceptional case" issue after RAMBUS filed the Offer of Judgment.
Payne has ben effectively neutered by the offer with his own leagl arguments.
