PFE’s PR on the optional ZTS share swap:

The exchange ratio will be established based on market prices for the 3-day period from 6/17/13 to 6/19/13. PFE shareholders who elect to swap will get a 7% discount on their ZTS shares.

I’m bullish on both companies, but the 7% discount on ZTS may be too tempting to ignore.
