I can attest to this: I have spend day and night for the past week, even a baseball game with him. I have not seen one beer in his hand and he was nothing but sharp as a tack with his mentals. He even made a statment to me, after 14 years it's time for a life change.
So, that was an important thing for me since my Dec visit. A lot of questions I had on reserve has been answered. Now that the Charges have been dropped, he is in GO MODE....

Just like Puppet Floyd is in "GO MODE", aka "Cant pay the rent mode", " cant pay the phone bill mode", "cant fulfill the Port of Seattle Deal Mode", "refuses to provide updates to shareholders mode...AS PROMISED".
Your so right Im being so harsh on a CEO that is supposed to act in the best interest of its SHAREHOLDERS.
