You have your opinion and I have mine....there is a lot more
going on here than just poor management....

Many issues were discussed, none of which I will post here.

To even get the call surprised me too- due to their staffing limitations--but there is enough questionable activity apparently for them to get involved.

Many are angry and feel duped and used. Then write or call the SEC
now as they are very receptive. Many have lost much $ here---all due to guyers "legal" leadership.

Let's let the SEC decide the issue. You now know whom you can contact
if you feel so inclined
