I think you are going to be overwhelmed with your production this year.

Here, it's been a great year. Spinach stems are as thick as a 1/2' dowel rods this years. And fully edible they are so juicy. Leaves as big as plates. So green they are like forest green. Leeks 2-3" in diameter. Tomatoes, set with flowers and fruit like you can't imagine, stems as thick as tree branches. Green onions look like waves of green spikes, and the chiles and peppers literally are 5' woody shrubs. Broccoli just keeps coming on. Many things don't die out so they just keep going. Once they peter out I just pull and replant. Making Asian style watermelon pickles today which we like with Korean food. Part of the side dish menu (Banchan). We cut the water melons up to use as ice cubes.

Over 75+ varieties of veggies in various stages of growth.

Quite a sight to be seen.
