Not always beacon,
take a look at rvmn..last week it jumped 300 per cent in a day,
on no funamental news..so you never can tell in penny land,
Look at pbls , they have good news and the stock drops..?
soooooo..,
with so much action going on today just though I would share in the conversation..lol
