I know this has been mentioned many, many times on this board because I have read it. However, I guess it needs repeating again.

ARCA is NOT a market maker. ARCA is an electronic exchange used by anyone, everyone. That is also why you see the "odd" numbers of shares appearing.

So what does that tell me? It tells me market makers are "sucking up" shares from those foolish enough to sell at this low price.
