I didn't expect much from the first quarter report but this is disappointing. I read this to say that the onsite plant hasn't even been started yet. Opposite of what we were told or does it mean through March 31? The statement on the government plant is also not what we have understood. The only positive thing I can read into this is that LSTG's 6000 tons is being processed.
