OK, let's be honest - Javan doesn't appear to have the greatest track record if you believe what shows up on a google search. However, that isn't the point. Here is an analogy. If you are in the middle of a pool about ready to go under because you can't swim and someone is about to throw you a lifeline do you say 1) no thanks, your accuracy in throwing lifelines isn't that good and then continue to bash him or 2) accept the offer of help with a lifeline because it is the only shot you have of not drowning. Folks, the equity investors invested in ARNH is gone - out the window. The preferred shares cost you nothing - it is the only shot we got. Let's all get behind it. Why not??
