Maybe if Con-L was running the show, this wouldn't have happened? Isn't he from that country? or somewhere close. Or maybe he is offspring to a couple from there. Doesn't really matter, I guess. Because the neutering has already taken place. The post neutering is just a time to pull back and live on the winnings that Juan has left.
