Looks to me like the one with the lawsuit could be in hot water himself. He tweeted the release of his PR prior to release he obviously new PPS would drop and if he profited from it's drop well he has some answering to do and could face jail time for it. Seems to me he is guilty he is guilty of the same manipulation he is alleging.
