With the price of fuel and the power problem in your neck of the woods, which is bound to spread, your picks make good sense LT.

I’m curious if you have considered the following; the brown outs in Ca and rising costs of fuel are man made, mainly politically created through state policy and changes in regulation. Do you see this as standing as the norm for a long time to come or are there any viable alternatives on the horizon that may reverse this situation IYO?
