I think this is as good a forum as any to discuss technology and markets, don't you? Here's a very interesting link I think you may find enjoyable. It is how CDMA was invented by actress turned inventor Hedy Lamar for use during WWII... It was QCOM who applied it much later to cell phone technology.

As far as making a decision, I am not sure what you are referring to. I do not own QCOM, although I have in the past and probably will again in the future. Company is a class act with a heck of a product.

As for being ashamed of current occurences, our President had been receiving bids for contracts to reconstruct Iraq well before the war even started. So I do not see why this should be considered shameful (your words).

I will not bring up this subject again as I do not want to agitate you or anyone else, just thought some people might get some enlightenment. I am a Tech Head at heart, I love this stuff 8^)
