Some of the lawsuits affect the public companyo .... and as I said, the subsidaries results of operations and liabilities have never been disclosed in the 100% consolidation of the parent.
In regards to the former ALAS director lawsuit of Larry Salzant and Charles Benson, ... you regularly communicate with Ed Salmon. Suggest you ask Ed Salmon for his take since he and Larry have communicated on this, or read the court complaint.
Finally, as you know, 100% controlled subsidaries with the same corporate and operating management are very easy to pierce any corporate umbrella/protection. Especially where the companies licenses/registrations are dormant/expired and the company(s) are precluded from court defense.
