Whoa there.. According to the filing they had about 110 k cash end of fiscal year and raised 290 k subsequent. Their public statements have said going forward with ZTEM down payments, etc, etc. There is not a lot of expenses due until q4 claim fees.

Yet someone still accepted shares for services (20 k) and a 40 K private placement...
