This is why I was happy to see the consultants paid in shares because this means they were doing everything in their power to straighten this company out and make it profitable ASAP!

Not only that these shares are not able to be sold unless filed by a SC 13-G in future as O/S is still only 7.1 million shares to date!!

They are still above the 5% rule!!

5% of 7.1 million is 355,000 shares!!

Both consultants can not sell any without us knowing about it!!
