ESAN Announces Odd-Lot Stock Buyback Program

Entrada Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: ESAN) announced a voluntary program through which shareholders owning 99 or fewer shares of common stock of Entrada, as of March 7, 2002, may conveniently sell all of their shares of common stock to Entrada for $0.26 per share in cash. The program expires April 25, 2003, 5:00 pm ET.
