Rijbak: Sir the plate they were talking to sean about was the new one that has been posted. The hold up is this: Needs NIJ approval and some other plates made at the same time, that being said, without money for the NIJ and material, Bork is at a stand still until we get some money, and that is plain and simple. Until we have funds basically Bork and Sean are in limbo to a great extent. My opinion.
