Care to share how you arrive at such prices, given the debt situation and low reserves? The grade needs to improve too.

Obviously you are discounting very high reserve additions and ability to handle the debt load.

The lenders are in the drivers seat, good and experienced lenders that Sutter is fortunate to have, but they really control the company.
