I agree, $550+ million acquisition or better yet at least one solid JV or all of the common GBGLF shareholders will be seriously fleeced! I think there are many expenses that we have not been made aware of yet so a .09 pps in 2013 and a one cent dividend in 2014 would please me.

Even with the present POG, Hollister Mine being given away for $ 15 million makes no sense; there must be more to this deal that will hopefully be revealed on or after Friday May 17th? IMHO, forget about the royalties they are only paid if a profit is made within 9 years?
