As I have come to understand, the word from legal counsel is no communications unless or until FASC becomes compliant with its SEC filings - period. To me that means no PR's, no guidance, no website updates, no nothing, nada. The bottom line is that Brian and Cal's estate own a lot of shares like we all do on this Board. I can't imagine that Brian likes the pps where it is. Ultimately, unless he is off his rocker, he wants the price as high as it can be as he stands to gain substantially. He has kept the company on life support for sometime now, in preservation mode. The evidence is starting to suggest that FASC is turning the corner, albeit excruciatingly slow. Eventually Brian will (I'm hoping) be in a position to tout the Company successes and you and I and all of us will be positioned to take advantage of it.
