Yes. TradeStation's data is scrubbed though, and pretty reliable. In any event, discounting the 10/13 spike, there were several other fills at LOD: 10/28 8.60, 11/1 8.64, 11/2 8.63. However, some people only use the open/close for figuring whether gaps are filled or not, and if that's the way one looks at it (I do not except as dictated in candlestick formations), the gap up started at 8.60 and is still open since there has been no close at/below 8.60 since.
