TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. will repurchase up to $25 million of the company's common stock beginning after its Dec. 31 earnings release in the first quarter of 2006.
The timing of purchases and the exact number of shares to be purchased will depend on market conditions. The repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time, Hillsboro-based TriQuint (NASDAQ: TQNT - News) said Wednesday.

As of Oct. 31, TriQuint had 140,001,827 shares of its common stock outstanding.
