Patent Pending, it seems that Mike Kendrick of Seeker Tec International wants to be GOD and be in charge of everything. Unfortunately, he's been more like the Devil when it comes to taking care of Common Shareholders.

It's silly that he keeps saying that he wants to settle and make people whole again. I say silly, because the only way that he wants to do that is on his own terms.

He has said to some people that he wants to make some sort of share swap with SNTL and NHSH shares...or something like that. But, Kendrick only wants to do that with certain common shareholders. And now you're implying that Kendrick wants to make some sort of deal with NHSH. But, not with Ed Cross involved.

For a guy who litteraly screwed so many people out of so much cash. Mike Kendrick still wants to play God and get his own way.

He just really needs to crawl under a rock and stay there in my opinion.
