Excellent post, and quite sobering.

Perhaps Rocky could weigh in on this question:

While we may meet the dollar value requirements for an up list (with a r/s), is there ANY hope that we could achieve the revenue targets set out, and if not, is there really any chance of achieving an up list at all in the foreseeable future? What would be the value to the shareholder of a r/s without the up list?
