You must be new to IMDS. If you had done DD on it, or looked back further than a week, the air would drop out of your sail.


After the reverse Split in December the OS was 16 million shares. Today IMDS traded 44 times that amount and closed at .0001. The dilution here is just amazing and disgusting.

Today's volume is nothing to be proud of. The convertible lenders are elated, but that comes at the retail buyers expense.

Also, the news today is not great. Just much of the same over years of duping investors.
