I think Peregrine has owned Avid since the days we were called Techniclone. We spun it off as a wholly owned subsidiary in 2002. Before that it wasn't a independent company. Just a manufacturing company we owned. I found mention of Avid Bioservices going back as far as 1998 in filings and didn't check further back that that.
