Smith Barney believes iPod video production will more than offset concerns over lower than expected iPod nano production in Q4. Additionally, the broker expects PLAY's new customer beginning in 2H06 will be greater than a 10% customer. The firm is raising their Street low 2006 estimate above the Streets to $1.74/$322M from $1.40/$257M. Dec Qtr estimates move to 48c/$74.8M from 45c/$70.9M.
